Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated specialist to join our team as an Operation Officer at Chaitanya Health & Wellness - Naturopathy Clinic Center. As an Operation Officer, will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our wellness center, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing a team of professionals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
• Ability to develop and implement operational strategies to maximize revenue and ensure efficient and effective wellness operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the health and wellness center, including managing staff, scheduling appointments, and ensuring excellent customer service.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain equipment to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards.
• Monitor and analyze financial and operational data to make informed business decisions.
